1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 cup warm water
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
- For the Pizza Toppings
1 bulb of fennel, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/4 cup sliced Kalamata olives
1 tablespoon cayenne red pepper flakes or fresh pepper (adjust to taste for spice)
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

d. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size. - Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating. - Roll Out the Dough:
